At MOBIFLEX ACCESSORIES SDN. BHD., we value our customers and aim to provide the highest quality mobile accessories and gadgets. To ensure a fair and transparent shopping experience, we have outlined our Refund & Return Policy below. By making a purchase with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Products are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase/receipt.
  • To qualify, items must be:
    • Unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
    • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
    • Earphones, headphones, or any opened personal-use items due to hygiene reasons.
    • Clearance, promotional, or discounted items marked as “Final Sale.”

2. Return & Exchange Process

  • Customers must contact our customer service team via email or phone before sending back any items.
  • Approved returns must be shipped/dropped off to our designated address. Shipping costs for returns are to be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly supplied.
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return/exchange request.

3. Refunds

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
  • Shipping fees, handling charges, or any additional service charges are non-refundable.

4. Defective or Wrong Item Received

  • In the rare case you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • We will provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost, including covering return shipping fees.

5. Warranty Claims

  • Selected products may come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty coverage and duration may vary depending on the product.
  • Warranty only applies to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
